"Don't go. I'll eat you up; I love you so." -KW ♥ 3:13 PM

During this lovely long weekend, i'm still working on homework. My painting is due on Monday (on paper = awesome, on canvas with paint = absolute poo), my physics lab report is also due on Monday, and so is my math test... buaa. The only positive thing is that I'm home alone. Apple is at a friends house, and my parents went on a trip to Turkey (i don't know how my mom went, she currently can barely move due to some bizarre back spaz...)

To entertain myself I watched three of my favorite movies: "Sweeney Todd", "Natural Born Killers", and "Where the Wild Things Are". They are awesome, so I recommend them all.

"Where the Wild Things Are" was my favorite childhood book, and now I love the movie. I wish my kid would turn out like Max, he is oh so wise:

"I have a sadness shield that keeps out all the sadness, and it's big enough for all of us."

Plus, I love his PJ's; I want a pair.

(The title of this post is also from the movie, KW says it.) On a side note, I like the music from the film, It's mostly Karen O and the Kids.

I really do love that movie! They retold the story of the book beautifully, I think... they kept the mystique and carefree nature, but introduced a more serious side I never even thought of. And the effects were also beautifully done...

Where the wild things are is fantastic, it's so sweet and thoughtful, I loved it as a child and continue to love it now! :)
